I had a great day with food. Thanks to my mother-in-law. She made me a great Tuna salad.
Water 2 lts.
Protein Drinks 8am, 3pm 5pm (3 Meals)
Main Meals.
Tuna salad. 10am. 1pm
Chick vegetables and salad 8.30pm
Over all a successful day with the right food but more important the right quantitiy.
