I come across so many people who are constantly changing exercises and doing several different exercises for the same muscle in one session. It is almost as if they believe if they do more and train for a few hours they will build more and get bigger. This is not the case. Keeping it simple is the best way. One really good proven basic exercise is all you need. What will make the difference is how you do the basic exercise. If you are strict and you focus on every rep with intensity, you will do far more than just pumping away with weights. If, during the training, you have not used your mind to overcome fatigue to get out the extra few reps you have not trained right. Training is not complicated like so many try to make it. It is just common sense.
Drink Water
This is most important. Remember any physical activity requires hydration, so drink a lot of water. Water intake is vital to ensure you are hydrated and energised, and will also help to cleanse your body of toxins. I can't stress strongly enough how important water is to your health. Try to drink at least two litres a day to help cleanse your liver and kidneys, making sure your body is in a healthy state of detox on a regular basis.
The body is an engine and needs to be maintained by being constantly cleansed, lubricated, exercised and fed on a regular basis. That is why our daily intake of nutrients is the key to good health which in turn will stave off both minor and severe illnesses.
I know from many conversations I have had with people that the most difficult part of keeping nutritionally fit and healthy is the time and effort required to maintain a balanced diet. Even doctors will go on a fitness regime and eat all the right foods only to let it all slip later on down the line. These are people who know almost all there is to know about the body. You have to make the effort and if you do you will see amazing results.
