Today's training is back in line with how I trained when I started. For some time now I have been doing more of a maintenance type of training. I decided to really get my body to respond to training.
I started with 12 reps as a warm up and then increased the weight with each set and reduced the reps by 2 till I got to 6 reps. I struggled to get the last 2 reps up and had to really use my mind to help that to happen. I then reduced the weight and did 12 reps. I had to again use the mind to get the last few reps up. It was a real struggle and then did a superset with 12 reps hammer curls. I thought at one time my arms were going to explode. It was an amazing training and I am excited to be back on track with the old way of training.
