Change has to take place on the inside. You cannot have what you cannot believe. There is a process that you have to go through before any change will happen.
You have to first want to change. Then you have to decide what the change will mean to you. Then, make sure you can see what the end result and how you will be in your mind. Then, make the decision and take the first step. Every day is a journey and you may as well make it one you have chosen and for the right reasons.

Six months ago, I was 31, completely out of shape, supposedly in the prime of my life but was eating and drinking my way to the grave. I was 92kgs with a 39 inch waist and believe it or not a 38 inch chest. I was the perfect V shape - only inverted.
Your videos were one of the catalysts that shook my out of my lethargy. Today my waist has gone down to 34; I have a 42 inch chest, my weights gone down to 81. I play rugby with guy’s way younger than me and my cardio today is running uphill with a 20kg backpack as compared to walking up the stairs which killed me six months ago.
I just wanted to say thank you,.. You sir, are an inspiration and I shall continue to track your videos for guidance and inspiration.

there are many people out there, low on self esteem , low on drive, people like me who hate what they see in the mirror , what they see beyond the mirror , in their eyes. Physical fitness is a way out of that. When you’re pushing your body way beyond limits that you thought was not possible you discover things about yourself. .there’s rage, hope, determination... In a way you become - indestructible, and you look good in a T-Shirt as well .lol

This should be enough to make anyone want to go to the gym and train. In fact, enough to make you want to change areas of your life that you are currently not happy with.
