Well here I am in Scotland away on a week’s short break with my wife. I think that taking time to unwind it really very important. We are up in the north of Scotland in a place called Nairn. I must confess these are some if the friendliest people I have met. They are so helpful and make you feel very welcome. I guess they have to be that nice because the weather is not the greatest. Lol I am sitting looking out the window to a completely overcast rainy day. I actually am not really concerned with that however as it is the break that I wanted and I certainly am getting that.
With all the pressure we suffer week in and week out it is so important to take time out even if you do nothing - it is a break away from your normal routine. I think the only real thing I am doing (as I would be doing at home) is training. I am enjoying doing that and have to improvise as I have very little equipment with me.
There is very little you cannot achieve if you really want to. I still have the rest of this week to get my mind re focused and to plan for what new projects I am going to be doing for the rest of this year and the first part of next year.
