Most people think that, to build a good looking body, it is about going to the gym a few times a week. They believe as long as they do a few different exercises, and spend some time chatting away to people there, that is enough. When they are at home they eat a few fast food meals and watch TV and that is fine because, after all, they believe they deserve it as they have trained. Nothing could be further from the truth.
There is a lot involved in training. The mental approach is so important; then the food that you eat. Finally the weights that you lift and how you lift them.
Bodybuilding can be so simple. It is more about common sense than anything else regardless of all the confusing information that we are fed on the internet. I honestly think that people are putting out this stuff on purpose - to make you think that you have buy what they are offering or you will never make it.
Below is a young man who has all the ingredients. He has made remarkable growth with regard to how much he can lift. Notice what he has to say. He has given me a fantastic testimonial even though I had no part in his being able to lift such a huge amount of weight.
Testimonial and Proof of Intensity, Passion and Focus.
heck... ever since I started lifting weights I’ve always focused on my chest more than on any other part of my body (mainly because I think it’s fun to train it, as weird as it may sound). I'm currently 17 and can bench press over 335lbs, but even then I find this video, along with the others from baz, to be really awesome, and just like seeing this guy make his videos with such love for what he’s doing. Keep up the good work man, cuz you’ve got a fan right here =). (This can be seen on you tube. )http://www.youtube.com/comment_servlet?all_comments&v=OLchOh5fOws)
He says he focused on his chest. That is vital to achieve anything in life, being able to focus. He believes it is fun to train. He has a belief in what he is doing and he has made it fun. He obviously trains with a great deal of intensity or he would never be able to lift what he does.
For you to change the way you look, you will not have to lift as much as this young man, but you will need the same type of attitude to your training. You can decide what will be fun for you and what type of build you want to have and then go for it.
