In order to have a massive body the most important thing you are going to have to do is to train with your heart and soul. Most people believe training hard is enough. They go into the gym, pump away several different exercises for a muscle, build up a good sweat and then think that is it. Inside they believe they have trained really hard and will say to themselves “look at how much I have done and I am sweating”.
When you train with heart and soul, the first thing you will do is to make each rep count. You will feel the muscle doing the work and you will often not be able to finish the last few reps unless you make your mind work. Your mind will force the body to respond and finish the reps you want.
It is really important to realise that perception is reality for each of us. Our “limits” of what we are able to do is only our perception of what we believe we can do. One of the most important things you can apply to your life is - the limits you are currently living with are only those you have created in your own mind. THEY ARE PERCEPTIONS. They are holding you back in a lot of areas of your life and you are capable of far more then you might currently think.
The human body is a remarkable thing. If you took a 20HP engine and made it do a 30Hp job it will last for a little while and then it willfail. The body will struggle at the 30HP load at first and will adapt to become a 30HP engine.
One of the facts we all need to grasp about life and resistance training is that our “maximum intensity" will only occur when we go beyond what we “PERCEIVE” to be our maximum. People who go on to achieve great results are those who go above that perception of what they have previously believed to have been their maximum.
Anything is possible if you believe it is.

It is really important to know how you think.
